Role Overview

As a Ride Attendant/ Guest service Executive, you will be responsible for operating and supervising

amusement rides

. Your primary role will be to ensure children's safety, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain smooth daily operations.

You will also be the face of Magic Kartz, creating a fun and welcoming environment for families while making sure all guests enjoy a safe and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet parents and children warmly and provide clear safety instructions. Assist children with seat belts, helmets, and ride entry/exit. Operate rides safely in accordance with Magic Kartz SOPs. Monitor riders during operation to ensure safe and enjoyable experiences. Handle tickets, payments, and issue receipts when required. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of karts, trains, and equipment. Report any ride malfunctions, safety concerns, or incidents immediately. Follow emergency and safety protocols when necessary. Support the team in opening and closing duties (charging karts, cleaning, cash reconciliation). Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service, amusement rides, theme parks, or hospitality preferred (training provided). Friendly, energetic, and good with children. Strong communication skills (English required; other languages a plus). Ability to remain attentive and alert during operations. Physically fit and able to assist children safely. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
