Job Summary



The Guest Service Executive (GSE) - Languages will be responsible for providing excellent patient and guest support by facilitating effective communication in

Arabic and Tagalog

. The role requires a strong healthcare background to ensure smooth patient coordination, clear communication, and a positive patient experience across hospital services.

Key Responsibilities



Act as a language support liaison for patients and families, translating and interpreting in

Arabic and Tagalog

as required Assist patients with registration, appointments, admissions, discharge processes, and general inquiries Coordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams to ensure accurate communication and patient understanding Support international and local patients with hospital navigation and service information Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient confidentiality, and healthcare regulations Address patient concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when required Maintain accurate documentation related to patient interactions and support services Contribute to improving patient satisfaction and overall service quality

Required Qualifications & Skills



Fluency in

Arabic and Tagalog

(spoken and written) - mandatory English proficiency - required

Healthcare or hospital experience

- mandatory Strong interpersonal and communication skills Good understanding of hospital workflows and patient care processes Customer-centric approach with empathy and professionalism Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion Basic computer skills and familiarity with hospital systems is an advantage

Experience



Minimum

1-3 years

of experience in a healthcare, hospital, or clinical support role Prior experience in patient services, front office, or guest relations preferred
