Burjeel Holdings is hiring Guest Service Executives to provide exceptional front-line support and assistance to patients and visitors. The role focuses on delivering a professional, courteous, and compassionate guest experience by managing inquiries, facilitating smooth services, and ensuring satisfaction. Executives will act as the first point of contact, maintaining hospital standards of hospitality, confidentiality, and efficiency while coordinating between departments to address guest needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism, courtesy, and warm hospitality. Handle inquiries, guide guests, and provide accurate required information. Coordinate patient appointments and assist in smooth service flow. Maintain guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information. Support hospital departments by managing guest-related requests and communication. Resolve guest complaints promptly ensuring satisfaction and service recovery. Assist in billing inquiries, insurance coordination, and payment guidance. Uphold Burjeel service standards ensuring consistent and positive guest experience.

Skill & Experience

Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Arabic. Strong interpersonal abilities to manage diverse patients and guests. Problem-solving attitude with calm handling of difficult guest situations. Ability to multitask while ensuring accuracy and timely guest support. Professional grooming, positive attitude, and customer service-oriented personality. Computer literacy with knowledge of hospital systems and office applications.

Salary is disbursed in the local currency of the country of employment.
