About Us:

Ultimate Retreat Holiday Homes is a licensed Dubai-based holiday home management company offering premium short-term rental experiences across the UAE. We manage a portfolio of furnished apartments and villas listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Bayut, and Dubizzle. Our goal is to deliver seamless hospitality experiences with professional guest communication and attention to detail.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a

Guest Relations & Booking Coordinator

to manage guest communication across all online booking portals and ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsive, and passionate about hospitality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily communication with guests via

Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platforms

. Handle

inquiries, booking confirmations, and pre-arrival coordination

. Share

check-in/check-out instructions

, collect IDs, and ensure compliance with DTCM requirements. Coordinate with

cleaning, maintenance, and operations teams

for guest readiness. Respond promptly and professionally to guest queries, requests, and feedback. Monitor property listings and update booking calendars to avoid double bookings. Ensure all guest interactions reflect the company's standards of hospitality. Maintain records of bookings, payments, and correspondence. Assist management in improving guest satisfaction scores and reviews.

Requirements:

Previous experience in

holiday homes, hotels, or customer service

preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills in

English

(Arabic or other languages a plus). Familiar with

Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTA portals

. Proficient in using WhatsApp, email, and other online tools. Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Willing to work on weekends or shifts if required (depending on guest schedules). UAE-based candidates preferred.
