Job Description

: Key Responsibilities: * Guest Interaction & Service:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Reservation & Booking Management:
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Problem Resolution:
  • Address guest concerns with patience and efficiency, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain guest records and update databases accurately.
  • Handle billing and payment transactions securely.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with housekeeping, front office, and food & beverage teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in training new staff when required.
  • Upselling & Promotions:
  • Promote hotel services, packages, and loyalty programs to enhance guest experience and revenue.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage.
Work Conditions:
  • Shift-based role (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
