We are seeking a friendly and efficient Guest Service Agent / Data Clerk to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service while also managing important data-related tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in one of the world's most vibrant hospitality destinations.

Welcome and assist guests, addressing their inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner Handle check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all guests Manage reservations, including bookings, modifications, and cancellations Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date guest records in our computer systems Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision Generate and analyze reports to support management decision-making Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Stay informed about local attractions, events, and services to provide recommendations to guests Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, document preparation, and inventory management


Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry is highly desirable Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, including MS Office suite (particularly Excel) Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards is preferred Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus
