Guest Reservations Manager

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage reservations and ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Coordinate with the team to optimize seating arrangements
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests
- Build relationships with repeat guests and address complaints promptly
- Analyze reservation data and develop revenue optimization strategies
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and financial transactions
- Minimum 3 years of fine dining experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in reservation systems and software
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Experience in a fine dining or Michelin starred restaurant that serves alcoholic beverages.
