Greet and welcome Chinese-speaking guests in a warm, professional manner
Act as the primary point of contact for Chinese guests throughout their experience
Assist with check-ins, activity bookings, tour briefings, and departure procedures
Provide accurate information about property facilities, services, and surrounding attractions
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
Translate and communicate clearly between Chinese and English when needed
Support tour guides, operations, and other departments in coordinating guest needs
Maintain strong cultural sensitivity and attention to detail in all guest interactions
Ensure all guest feedback is recorded and shared with the appropriate departments
Promote additional services and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills:
Fluent in
Mandarin Chinese and English
(spoken and written)
Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Culturally sensitive, patient, and adaptable
Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Knowledge of local tourism, tours, and activities is a plus

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
