Guest Relations Coordinator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee guest check-in/ check-out processes, ensuring excellent service standards Supervise the guest relations team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of holiday home units Address guest inquiries and provide information about the property and local attractions Handle escalated guest complaints, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high satisfaction ratings Coordinate between housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure apartments are always guest-ready Implement guest feedback and quality improvement processes Assist in managing reservations and updating booking systems Provide personalized recommendations and concierge services to enhance guest experiences

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree/ diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of hospitality/holiday homes/ hotel experience Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (Arabic or other languages is a plus) Customer service-oriented with excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to multitask and lead a small team effectively. Flexible to work on weekends and holidays as per guest demands.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

License/Certification:

* UAE Driving License (Preferred)
