We are seeking a warm and organized Guest Relations Officer who genuinely enjoys assisting guests and ensuring they have a welcoming and memorable stay.
Main Duties:
Greet guests warmly and assist during check-in and check-out
Address guest questions and resolve issues promptly
Recommend hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Manage VIP guests and fulfill special requests with care
Arrange special occasions and room decorations when needed
Promote hotel dining and other facilities to guests
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in guest areas
Collaborate effectively with Housekeeping, Concierge, and Food & Beverage teams
Collect and act on guest feedback to continuously improve service
Maintain a professional appearance and foster a positive team environment
Requirements:
Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
Friendly, patient, and composed during busy periods
Well-organized and able to multitask efficiently
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Hotel PMS and Microsoft Office, are a plus
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Passionate about providing excellent guest service and hospitality
