We need a friendly, caring Guest Relations Officer to welcome guests and make sure they have a great stay from start to finish. In this role, you help guests feel special, manage VIP services, and keep daily front office work organized. You will play a key part in making guests happy and want to come back.
Main Duties
Greet guests with a smile during check-in, check-out, and whenever you see them.
Notice what guests might need, and let them know about hotel services and local attractions.
Answer questions and handle requests or problems quickly, making sure every guest feels important.
Take extra care of VIP guests and manage any special arrangements.
Organize special requests like birthday surprises or custom room setups, focusing on the little details.
Tell guests about hotel restaurants, specials, and packages to make their stay better.
Help keep guest areas clean and presentable at all times.
Work closely with other teams like housekeeping, concierge, and food & beverage to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Collect feedback from guests, share good ideas with your manager, and help improve services.
Always look neat and professional, and support a positive, team-focused workplace.
Qualifications
Experience working with guests in hotels or hospitality is preferred.
Great at talking and writing, with strong people skills.
Polite, patient, and can handle busy or stressful situations calmly.
Good at organizing and handling several tasks at once, with a strong attention to detail.
Comfortable using hotel software and basic computer programs.
Willing to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Truly enjoys working with people and wants to give excellent service.
