About the Job
We need a friendly and caring person to greet guests and help make their stay pleasant from the moment they arrive until they leave. You will assist with VIP services and keep the front office running smoothly. Your goal is to make all guests happy and comfortable.
Main Duties
Welcome guests with a smile during check-in, check-out, and anytime you see them.
Notice what guests need and tell them about hotel services or local attractions.
Quickly answer questions, solve problems, and handle requests so everyone feels looked after.
Pay extra attention to VIP guests and help with special needs or requests.
Organize things like birthday surprises or special room setups, making sure details are correct.
Inform guests about the hotel's restaurants, offers, and packages to make their stay better.
Keep all guest areas clean and neat.
Work closely with other teams (housekeeping, concierge, food & beverage) to give great service.
Collect feedback from guests, share ideas with your manager, and help improve our service.
Always dress professionally and support your team.
Qualifications
Experience helping guests in hotels or hospitality jobs is preferred.
Good speaking and writing skills, and able to work well with people.
Patient, polite, and able to handle busy times calmly.
Organized, able to do several tasks at once, and pays attention to details.
Can use hotel software and basic computer programs.
Willing to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Enjoys working with people and wants to give excellent service.
