We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented
Guest Relationship Officer
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and ensure their stay is smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests during check-in and assist with check-out procedures
Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Maintain communication with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property readiness
Ensure a high standard of hospitality and service is maintained at all times
Support guests with directions, local recommendations, and other concierge-style services
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
Perform property inspections prior to guest arrival
Communicate guest feedback and service issues to the management team
Qualifications:
Fluency in Arabic and English
(spoken and written) is
mandatory
Valid UAE Driver's License
is
required
Own car
is
preferred
for ease of mobility between properties
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or property management is a plus
