About the role:

We are looking for an experienced

Guest Relations Officer

to join our growing holiday homes company in Dubai. The ideal candidate has hospitality experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering 5-star guest service.

Responsibilities:

Handle guest communication across Airbnb, Booking.com, and WhatsApp Coordinate check-ins and check-outs Inspect apartments to ensure guest readiness Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally Communicate with cleaning and maintenance teams Manage guest reviews and maintain high ratings Prepare welcome packs and special arrangements

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai holiday homes Excellent English communication (Arabic or other languages is a plus) Presentable and professional appearance Organized and detail-oriented Flexible schedule (including weekends/holidays) UAE driving license Knowledge of Airbnb / Booking.com / PMS systems preferred
