We're Hiring: Guest Relation Officer - Holiday Homes
Location: Dubai
Industry: Holiday Homes / Short-Term Rentals
Salary: Up to AED 7,000
AYA Boutique Holiday Homes is looking for a Guest Relation Officer to be the face of our brand and deliver exceptional guest experiences in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests during check-in/check-out
Handle guest inquiries and provide personalized service
Coordinate property viewings and support the sales team
Help drive bookings and increase sales through excellent service
Travel to different properties as needed (Driving License is a must)
What We're Looking For:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Previous experience in hospitality, real estate, or customer service
Professional appearance and a guest-first attitude
UAE Driving License is required
Sales-oriented mindset is a big plus!
