team member to help ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and daily guest satisfaction!
We are looking for an energetic and service-oriented
Guest Relations Support
team member who will be the face of our brand on the ground. This role is ideal for someone who loves being on the move, meeting people, and ensuring things run perfectly on-site
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
guest check-ins and check-outs
at various properties across Dubai
Conduct
unit inspections
before and after guest stays to ensure quality and cleanliness
Collect cash and cheques
from guests or partners as required
Take basic photos/videos when needed for reporting purposes
Coordinate with the back-office and guest relations team in real-time
Drive to different properties daily, sometimes on short notice
Who You Are:
Must have a valid UAE driving license
Own car preferred
(petrol allowance provided)
Presentable, polite, and confident when speaking to guests
Can manage schedules and communicate clearly with internal teams
Flexible, reliable, and willing to work weekends if needed
Prior hospitality or property management experience is a plus
Fluent in English (spoken & written), other languages are a bonus
