Position: GRP Panel Tank Technician
Job type: Full time
We are seeking an experienced and proactive
GRP Panel Supervisor
to lead and oversee GRP panel installation and fabrication projects. The ideal candidate will have strong GRP Panel Section technical knowledge of GRP systems, excellent team management skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.Requirements:
Experience in GRP panel work (minimum 2 years) Strong understanding of GRP fabrication techniques, lamination, and installation practices Good knowledge of GRP tools and materials Able to lead a team and give clear instructions Can read drawings and follow specifications Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the installation, fabrication, and repair of GRP panels on-site or in the workshop Manage and coordinate a team of GRP technicians and assistants Review project drawings, specifications, and work schedules to plan daily activities Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards Provide technical guidance and training to team members as needed Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools and materials.
