Skills and Qualifications:
Leadership and Management: Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a supervisor
Communication Skills: Good communicator with fluency in Hindi and English
Problem-Solving Skills: A good problem solver
Technical Skills: Understanding of manufacturing process, equipment etc.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accurate records.
Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
Computer Skills: Knowledge in using computers
