Duties
Movement of goods from the warehouse to the farm
Plant care - Provide daily care to plants, ensuring optimal growth and health
Perform regular plant trimming, harvesting, and sowing of new plants as per the production schedule
Harvest microgreens, edible flowers, and other farm products according to quality standards
Packaging of farm products to meet delivery requirements
Filling out reporting documentation and ensuring accurate records of plant growth, harvesting, and inventory
Maintain the farm in a clean, organized, and optimal condition, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
Monitor growing processes and detect any plant development issues
Ensure stock availability of consumables necessary for production
Strict adherence to instructions and standard operating procedures
Perform supervisor duties in their absence
Work night shifts when required
Be available to work late hours, especially during high-demand periods or critical growing phases
Comfortable working at heights when required

Special education and experience working with plants are not mandatory but will be an advantage

Monday - Saturday (can be modified) 6am-4pm, 1 hour lunch break
