Group Product Manager Powder Coating
Job Description
We are hiring Product Manager Powder Coating for one of our clients based in the UAE.
Experience
Minimum 12-15 years of experience in the powder coating or industrial coatings industry, with at least 5 years in a regional or group technical leadership role.
Strong background in formulation chemistry, application methods, and manufacturing processes.
Deep understanding of pigment selection, resin chemistry, curing agents, additives, and testing methodologies.
Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Experience in B2B sales or account management in the coatings, paints, or industrial chemicals sector.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical knowledge into commercial success.
Excellent project management, communication, and team leadership skills.
Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
