Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Group Product Manager Powder Coating to lead our product strategy, innovation, and regional business growth in the coatings industry. With 1215 years of experience, you will drive product lifecycle management, market positioning, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance our powder coating solutions globally.

- Define and execute the long-term product roadmap for powder coatings, aligning with market trends and customer needs.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify growth opportunities in key regions.
- Lead new product development (NPD) initiatives from concept to commercialization.
- Collaborate with sales, R&D, and manufacturing teams across regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC) to ensure product alignment with local market demands.
- Drive pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and technical support to maximize market share.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including portfolio optimization, phase-in/phase-out strategies, and profitability analysis.
- Work with R&D to enhance product performance, sustainability, and compliance (e.g., REACH, VOC regulations).
- Engage with key customers, distributors, and industry partners to gather insights and refine product offerings.
- Represent the company at trade shows, technical seminars, and industry forums.
- Manage P&L for the product line, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Ensure seamless coordination between supply chain, marketing, and technical teams to meet business objectives.
