Job Description

Supervise and monitor all security guards on duty and ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.

Assign daily duties and ensure full coverage of all security posts.

Monitor access control for employees, visitors, and vehicles, ensuring proper authorization and documentation.

Oversee CCTV monitoring and ensure all surveillance systems are functioning properly.

Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire, theft, or accidents, following the company's emergency procedures.

Prepare detailed daily reports regarding incidents, attendance, and security observations.

Coordinate with management and other departments when security support is required.

Conduct regular inspections of security posts and report any irregularities or breaches.
