In this role you will be responsible for partnering across the functions to create strategies to facilitate growth, lead customer-centric business planning and facilitate discussion of customer and business KPIs to enable informed key market decisions and actions (customer acquisition, retention, frequency, market analysis with internal + external data; manage pricing recommendations and analysis). This role will focus on interfacing with regional and global teams to leverage and translate global performance management framework and insights/tools for local relevancy and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Analyze organization\xe2\x80\x99s goals and objectives and identify potential areas for growth within the region.
• Partner with business development in region to create planned and actionable strategies to assure execution.
• Utilize a multi-dimensional set of data comprised of channels, product and corridors to develop opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Develop annual and monthly traffic, conversion, and sales business intelligence and analytics.
• Review and analyze pricing and digital proposals from regions for viability.
• Drive accountability, continuous improvement (lean & agile), and high standards through end to end processes
• Lead a team to manage regional focus on customer analytics by driving data/analytics strategy and solutions to grow annual customer growth: retention, acquisition, and re-acquisition in the region.
• Analyze and make recommendations on consumer trends, emerging industry trends and competitive portfolio and pricing.
• Generate defined plans and controls that include progress/status, accomplishments, risks, and budgets where applicable. Makes budget and resourcing recommendations.

• Customer/Strategic: Customer Acquisition, TPC, Attrition
• Efficiency/Effectiveness : Contribution margin, Cost per acquisition

Role requirements

• 10+ years of working experience in financial services
• Digital financial services experience
• Consulting experience a plus
• Experience driving alignment across stakeholder groups
• Experience in cross functional analytics
