Fatorah Insurance Claims Settlement L.L.C is currently looking for a highly experienced and strategic
HR Group Manager
to lead and manage our human resources operations across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in healthcare
and
over 5 years of HR experience in the UAE
.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the HR function across the group, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor law and healthcare regulations
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with overall business goals
Manage workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning
Lead employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive work culture
Ensure timely handling of employee grievances and disciplinary procedures
Supervise HR teams across different departments and locations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum of
5 years of HR management experience in the UAE
, specifically within the
healthcare or medical services sector
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies at the organizational level
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multi-site operations and lead a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
