Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Group HR Manager to join our leadership team at Simex Group. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in managing human resources across multiple entities to make a significant impact within our growing and diversified organization.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies aligned with the Group's vision, business goals, and growth objectives. Lead organizational development initiatives to foster a high-performance culture, drive change management, and enhance overall organizational effectiveness. Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, onboarding, and employee retention efforts across all entities within the Group. Design, establish, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency, fairness, and legal compliance organization-wide. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and manage comprehensive performance management frameworks, training programs, and career development initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and governance standards in all operating regions. Coordinate and standardize HR practices across all subsidiaries and divisions to promote cohesion and operational efficiency. Lead HR budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to support organizational growth. Develop and implement talent management strategies to identify, nurture, and retain high-potential employees. Drive organizational change initiatives related to restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic projects. Establish effective communication channels between senior management and employees across all entities. Monitor HR metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and recommend improvements. Provide guidance and support to HR teams in each entity to ensure compliance and alignment with Group-wide policies. Act as a key advisor to the Board and executive leadership on HR matters, workforce planning, and organizational development strategies.

Skills, Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within large, diversified group organizations. Strong expertise in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Employee Relations, and Recruitment. Proven experience managing HR in a multi-company environment. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Demonstrated ability to develop strategic HR initiatives and lead diverse teams. Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Must be available to join immediately. Arab nationality is required. Locally available
