We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking
HR Manager
to lead and strengthen our Human Resources function across UAE operations. This strategic leadership role is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving employee engagement across a diverse workforce. The ideal candidate will be a people-focused leader with strong expertise in UAE labor laws, organizational development, and strategic HR management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and organizational growth plans.
Champion a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational design.
Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Design and manage performance management frameworks to drive accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and conflict resolution in line with company policies and UAE labor laws.
Ensure full compliance with UAE labor regulations, company policies, and best HR practices.
Lead learning and development initiatives to enhance skills, competencies, and career progression opportunities.
Leverage HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making and measure HR effectiveness.
Establish transparent communication channels and employee feedback mechanisms to enhance employee experience.
Drive change management, organizational development, and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree or professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
15-20 years
of progressive HR experience, with at least
5 years in a managerial or leadership role
.
Prior
UAE or GCC experience
is strongly preferred.
Strong expertise in strategic HR leadership, culture transformation, and organizational development.
In-depth knowledge of
UAE labor laws
, HR compliance, and regional HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage diverse, multicultural teams.
Proficiency in HRIS, talent management systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
High emotional intelligence with a proactive, solution-oriented, and ethical approach to people management.

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
