to lead and oversee the HR operations across our group of companies. The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of progressive HR experience and a deep understanding of HR practices within the UAE. This role requires a strong leader who can develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement group-wide HR strategies in alignment with business objectives.
Provide strategic direction and leadership to all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, training & development, and performance management.
Partner with senior leadership to identify workforce needs and organizational development goals.
Talent Acquisition & Management
Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all group companies.
Design and drive talent retention strategies.
Develop career progression frameworks and succession planning models.
Policies & Compliance
Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with UAE labor laws.
Regularly review and update employee handbooks, contracts, and company policies.
Maintain employee records in compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Performance Management
Implement effective appraisal systems to monitor and enhance employee performance.
Promote a high-performance culture through KPIs, feedback systems, and performance improvement plans.
Compensation & Benefits
Design competitive compensation structures and benefits programs.
Manage annual salary reviews, bonus structures, and incentive programs.
Training & Development
Identify training needs across departments and facilitate continuous learning initiatives.
Promote leadership and employee development programs.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Foster a positive work culture and promote employee engagement.
Manage grievance and disciplinary procedures effectively and professionally.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of
15 years of progressive HR experience
, including 8+ years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record in managing HR functions across multiple business units or group of companies.
Strong knowledge of
UAE labor laws and HR best practices
.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff and management.
HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, etc.) are an advantage.
