Group Chief Human Resources Officer (chro)

Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished Group CHRO to lead the people and culture transformation for a diversified multinational group. The ideal candidate will bring strong strategic and operational HR leadership, with experience driving organizational development, digital transformation, and performance management across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute group-wide HR strategy and governance.
- Implement HR systems, performance management, and digital HR tools.
- Build leadership development, succession, and engagement frameworks.
- Design competitive compensation, benefits, and compliance programs.
- Foster a culture of integrity, inclusion, and performance.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 15+ years of HR leadership experience, including 5+ years at a group or corporate level.
- Proven record in HR transformation, PMS implementation, and multi-country operations.
- Exposure to emerging markets (Africa, Asia, or GCC) preferred.
- Experience in family-owned or founder-led enterprises is an advantage.
