We are seeking an

experienced CFO

to drive our financial strategy, strengthen governance, and lead our multi-sector growth. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO and Board.

What You'll Do:

Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with business growth. Lead capital management, fundraising, and investor relations initiatives. Drive risk management, compliance, and robust financial controls across all business units. Spearhead finance digitalization: ERP, AI, automation, and process optimization. Lead financial planning for M&A, joint ventures, and strategic investments. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team across sectors.

What We're Looking For:

CA / CPA / ACCA qualified with

20+ years

experience, including

8+ years

in CFO or senior leadership roles. Proven track record in Real Estate, F&B, Facility Management, Hospitality, or Services. Expertise in capital raising, M&A, budgeting, and multi-entity financial operations. Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks and IFRS standards. Experience driving finance digitalization and cost optimization projects. Strategic thinker, analytical, and exceptional leadership and communication skills. ERP proficiency (SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
