We are looking for a skilled Charcoal Grill Cook with experience in Syrian or Lebanese cuisine to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and grilling various types of chicken, and kebabs over charcoal,
Responsibilities:
Prepare, marinate, and grill meat, chicken, and other items on charcoal according to recipes.
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
Ensure cleanliness and proper hygiene in the grill area at all times.
Monitor charcoal temperature and cooking times for consistent results.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely orders.
Follow food safety and sanitation regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a charcoal grill cook.
Strong knowledge of Syrian or Lebanese food preparation techniques.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
Attention to detail and passion for traditional Middle Eastern cuisine.
Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends.
