At the heart of this ambition, ENGIE's Thermal, Hydrogen and Supply Global Business Unit is spearheading the deployment of large-scale Hydrogen production units in key geographies around the world. Accountabilities include: .Support to project teams:oDuring by analysis the project technical needs, Participate to design review, Identify and manage the risks and opportunities...)oDuring the bidding process (, review of the technical part of the received offers and support for negotiations/clarification....)oDuring the operation (, technical support....).Support to procurement department for the interaction with the electrolyzer suppliers:oTechnical support for qualification of electrolyzer suppliers oSuppliers recommendation for Engie projectsoFollow up of technical development from the low temperature electrolysis.R&D:oCoordinate with Engie R&D department to ensure a technology watch and the Engie R&D roadmapoContribute to the development of a technology readiness roadmap for the development of potentially disruptive technologies at the R&D leveloDevelop the know-how on equipment performance assessment and testing: protocols and norms which need to be applied in the considered regulatory framework. Prospective recommendation when such standards do not exist. Qualifications.As the successful candidate, you hold a Master degree in Chemical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related technical field.You have at least 7 years of experience in the field of water electrolyzers, an experience with fuel cells is a plus.An experience as a technical expert in proposal department or as a technical integrator of an electrolyzer supplier is a plus.You are very independent, flexible, perseverant and highly motivated.You are a real doer, good at planning, concurrent assignments; and you are a good organizer, even in unexpected and multitasking circumstances.You are rigorous, problem solver, excellent communicator and good team player.You are native or fluent in English. French is a plus.You are based or willing to relocate in Dubai.You are available to travel globally for short-term missions,
