Job Title: Part-Time Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about visual storytelling and capable of producing eye-catching designs that align with our brand's identity and goals. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a variety of creative projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging graphics for social media, web, email campaigns, and marketing materials.

Support brand consistency across all visual communications.

Create and refine layouts, infographics, and promotional assets aligned with Karelate's brand identity.

Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize visuals that enhance campaigns and initiatives.

Prepare design files for both print and digital use.

Manage multiple design requests and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or pursuing degree) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field -- or equivalent practical experience.

1-3 years of relevant design experience (freelance or in-house).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or tools like Canva or Figma.

Strong eye for color, typography, and layout.

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely with a creative team.

Preferred Skills

Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Familiarity with social media design best practices.

Basic understanding of UI/UX or website design principles.
