Role Description:

This is a part-time, remote role for a Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual assets such as graphics, logo designs, and branding elements that align with the company's identity. Additional tasks include conceptualising and executing creative designs, developing cohesive typography works, and collaborating effectively with the team to bring innovative ideas to life. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail and the ability to adapt to evolving project goals.

What You Will Work On:

Create brand-aligned graphics for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram and our Substack publications Design marketing assets: carousels, event visuals, infographics, banners, decks and collateral Support the build-out of a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints Work closely with Marketing & the CEO to translate RWA and fintech concepts into simple, powerful visuals Prepare design files for events, partnerships, and corporate comms Help maintain and evolve OneAsset's brand system (colours, typography, layout standards)

What We Are Looking For:

Strong portfolio showing typography, layout, and a clean, institutional design aesthetic Experience with Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop Ability to work fast without compromising quality Curiosity about fintech, blockchain, or RWA (we will guide the narrative, you bring the visuals) High ownership, low ego; we move fast and expect clarity, communication, and initiative Ability to follow brand guidelines andpropose improvements when needed

Nice To Have:

Experience designing for financial or Web3 brands Motion graphics / short-form video editing * Understanding of UI design fundamentals
