This role requires strong design skills, creativity, and the ability to translate property concepts into impactful visuals.
Key Responsibilities
Design marketing materials for real estate projects, including brochures, flyers, catalogs, presentations, and advertisements.
Create digital assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and online property listings.
Develop branding materials such as logos, brand guidelines, signage, and hoardings.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand project objectives and timelines.
Design property visuals including layouts, floor plans (basic), infographics, and promotional graphics.
Ensure consistency in brand identity across all marketing materials.
Coordinate with printers, vendors, and production teams to ensure high-quality output.
Update and maintain design files, templates, and marketing assets.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Minimum
2-4 years
of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in real estate, property development, or construction sectors.
Strong proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience in digital and print design formats.
Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or 3D visualization is an advantage.
Strong creativity with attention to detail and layout aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
