Graphic Designer
who has a strong eye for design, a passion for real estate branding, and the ability to deliver high-quality visuals across digital and print media.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, advertisements, digital content, and project presentations.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop compelling visual assets that effectively represent the company's brand and promote project offerings.
Ensure consistent visual identity across all marketing platforms--digital, print, and social media--by maintaining alignment with brand guidelines.
Partner with project management teams to design hoardings, signage, and other location-specific materials for ongoing projects.
Present design concepts to management, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance the final output.
Uphold the company's branding standards in all creative work, reflecting the professionalism and quality associated with Atara Real Estate Development.
Stay informed on current design trends, tools, and best practices to keep the company's visuals modern, impactful, and competitive.
Liaise with printers and external vendors to oversee the production process, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of printed materials.
Support digital marketing efforts by creating engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
3+ years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in the real estate or property development sector.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including real estate-related work.
Knowledge of web design and digital marketing assets is a plus.
Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and animation is an advantage.
