Job Overview
As a Graphic Designer at IKEA Dubai, you will bring the IKEA brand to life through impactful visual merchandising and graphics. You'll be responsible for maintaining consistency in signage, in-store communication, and promotional displays according to IKEA's global standards, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Implement graphic displays according to IKEA brand manuals and policies
• Ensure all signs, symbols, and communication elements follow IKEA's visual identity and pricing guidelines
• Conduct daily and weekly audits to maintain consistency and accuracy of translations and visuals
• Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to support activity calendars and promotional objectives
• Update signage and communication materials for office and staff areas to reflect the same quality standards as the sales floor
• Execute updates in line with commercial plans and seasonal campaigns
• Stay updated on IKEA's global graphic communication manuals and toolbox guidelines
• Monitor competitor trends in visual communication to enhance in-store experiences

Governance & Standards

• Ensure brand integrity across all signage, wayfinding, and point-of-sale communication
• Implement updates directed by the regional or global graphic communication leads

Required Skills and Experience

• Hands-on experience in graphic design with Mac-based design tools
• Proficiency in sign-making equipment and production techniques
• Experience working in retail or commercial environments is an advantage
• Formal education or diploma in Graphic Design or related creative field
• Strong eye for layout, composition, and brand compliance
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver within a dynamic store environment
