Job Summary:

Tomorrow World Development is seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Communications team. This position is ideal for a highly motivated design professional with a strong visual sensibility, experience in motion graphics, and a proactive, solution-driven approach. He/ She will be responsible for creating compelling and brand-aligned visual content across digital, print, and multimedia platforms to support the company's marketing, sales, and corporate communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality visual assets including brochures, catalogs, sales kits, signage, roll-ups, advertisements, and promotional materials for real estate projects. Develop motion graphics and short animated videos for digital marketing campaigns, project showcases, and corporate presentations. Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and project development teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions for a wide range of media. Ensure all design output aligns with Tomorrow World Development's brand identity and visual standards. Translate complex real estate concepts and development visions into impactful, visually engaging materials that resonate with target audiences. Keep aware of industry trends, design innovations, and emerging technologies relevant to real estate marketing. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics, preferably within real estate, architecture, or property development sectors. Strong design portfolio showcasing a variety of work, including print design, digital media, and motion graphics. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Strong understanding of visual communication principles, including layout design, typography, and color theory. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
