Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Work as a communication channel between HEKA Group and the Marketing Department to ensure healthcare direction and brand awareness are implemented properly.
- Enhance organization\xe2\x80\x99s brand identity by coordinating with the marketing department and ensuring the flow is going smoothly.
- Develop effective marketing campaigns for Heka Group in coordination with the marketing department.
- Maintain customer, audience, and competitors\xe2\x80\x99 databases.
- Work closely with the marketing department to identify, study, and test market patterns and trends.
- Get approval and oversee the distribution and publication of content or marketing materials.
- Track and record project results by observing marketing measures.
- Manage social media accounts for Heka Group on core social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, et cetera).
- Deliver an overall social media plan, providing clarity on activity, priorities, and success metrics and criteria.
- Implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
- Manage events and tradeshows.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns
- Update the Marketing Manager/Heka Manager in overseeing the Heka operations, progress, and needs in weekly base
- Plan marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness in coordination with the marketing department.
- Work with the marketing department in planning advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print, etc.).
- Prepare content for the publication of marketing material, get needed approvals, and oversee distribution.
- Suggest opportunities for promotion and growth.
- Work with the marketing department to analyze market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies.
- uses research findings and analysis to provide direction regarding upcoming marketing projects, new products or services, and overall strategy.
- Propose areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, and promotional activities.
- Any other job related to marketing giving from Heka GM
- The employee main responsibility is branding and creating brand identity;
- Work with different business units, departments, and design teams to set the needed strategies and plans (if requested by Management);
- Coordinate with business units and departments on advertising through websites, social media, etc.
- Assists the team on designing layouts, photography, and 3D visualization;
- Gathering and studying the necessary materials and information to finalize the design;
- Meet with the editor and marketing department to create a visual-packaging;
- Study design briefs and determine requirements;
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints;
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements;
- Prepare rough drafts, present ideas to management, and amend designs after feedback
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs needed;
- Test graphics across various media;
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand;
- Periodically submitting in-progress images for approval and requesting and receiving feedback.
- Maintaining a level of technical knowledge and ensuring the continuous functioning of equipment
