JOB OBJECTIVE

The role of graphic designer includes, creating visually compelling graphics and engaging videos to enhance our brand presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a strong design aesthetic, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in both graphic design and video editing tools.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and other visual assets for social media posts, campaigns, and promotions.
• Generate innovative ideas for social media content that resonate with the target audience.
• Uphold brand guidelines and standards in all design and video materials.
• Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, annual reports, advertisement, and other communication materials
• Ensure all designs align with the brand\'s visual identity and guidelines.
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Obtains approval; or concept by presenting ideas and submitting rough layout.
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphics
• Work with copywriters and creative directors to produce final design
• Amend designs after feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on \xe2\x80\x93 board.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Degree in graphic Design, Fine Arts or related fields is a plus
• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
• Strong video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Degree in graphic Design, Fine Arts or related fields is a plus
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (Such as illustrator, Photoshop)
• Proven experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
