What You'll Do

• Participate in ADNOC's Fresh Graduate Program, gaining hands-on experience across multiple engineering and science disciplines.
• Develop skills through structured training, mentorship, and on-the-job assignments.
• Engage in real-world projects that contribute to ADNOC's global operations and energy strategy.
• Undergo regular competency assessments and performance reviews to determine readiness for permanent roles.
• Learn ADNOC's organizational culture, values, and operational standards while preparing for potential long-term employment.

Ideal Profile

• UAE National with a completed degree in engineering or science. Relevant majors include Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, Marine, Safety, Fire Protection, Structural, Production, Project Management, Geophysics, Geoscience, Geology, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Nanotechnology, Energy Science, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Mathematics, and related disciplines.
• Medically fit for the required work environment.
• Cleared all necessary government checks, including a certificate of good conduct from the Ministry of Interior.
• Completed National Service (unless exempt by UAE law).
• Strong motivation to pursue a long-term career in the oil and gas industry.
