Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding activities
• Assist in compensation, benefits, and rewards data analysis
• Contribute to workplace culture and diversity initiatives
• Help organize and monitor learning and development programs
• Provide support in employee relations and performance management cycles
• Collaborate with Human Capital Business Partners on various HR operations
• Gain exposure to people analytics and policy formulation
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and reports

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fresh graduate or recent graduate with a strong interest in Human Capital
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
