About the Role:

As a

Graduate Trainee - Commercial Transformation

, you will support the analysis and enhancement of key commercial processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and designing intelligent workflows enabled by

AI, automation, and business architecture frameworks

. This role is ideal for graduates who are passionate about business improvement and the application of emerging technologies in real-world environments.

What You'll Learn & Do:

Analyse and document existing commercial processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas. Propose and support enhancements aligned with business goals and leading best practices. Explore and

enable AI and automation opportunities

across workflows and operations. Contribute to the design of

process models, value streams, and capability maps

. Support governance documentation and ensure alignment with internal frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights to key stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

Recent

UAE National graduate

with a degree in:

Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics / Data Science, Robotics, Computer Engineering, Business / Process Architecture, or a related field

Strong analytical skills and interest in automation and digital solutions. Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn. Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate ideas clearly.
