For more information, visit Worley.com Primary Objective Provide assist to the project controls team with their project controls activities.

Specific Accountabilities Provide the Project Controls function during design stages of assigned project/projects. Prepare initial network of activities in simplified form for project programme. Help in Filing of Time sheets and General Documents. Monitor, update deliverables status, man-hour budget and expenditure. Help and prepare change order / variation to scope of work. Help in preparation of budgets in conjunction with engineering and construction team members. Ensure effective coordination and cooperation between other team members, particularly in regard to cost, planning (forecasting) and procurement matters. Help prepare weekly and monthly progress reports. Interface with project personnel to develop project forecasts and analyse project costs. Help in preparation of monthly project reports for the project. Also prepare other financial analysis as required on adhoc basis. Quality Assurance - Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the WP Business Unit. Safety - Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the WP Business Unit. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.

Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training: Full-Time Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited university MME (Ministry of Municipality and Environment) engineering accreditation is a mandatory requirement. Candidates not holding this accreditation must be willing to achieve this within the probationary period. People Skills: Able to work in diverse team. Builds appropriate, constructive, and effective business relationships throughout the organization. Communicates (in English) clearly, accurately, and consistently both verbally and in written matters. Employs the principles of active listening and encourages feedback from others. Other: Good English communication skills (spoken & written) Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to convey information and ideas to individuals and groups, and make presentations when required. Demonstrates enthusiasm, persistence and tenacity. Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to learn and continuously improve on performance. Able to work on multiple projects of various size and complexity. Able to work effectively in small to large multi-disciplinary teams and share and transfer knowledge within teams.
