What You'll Do

• Participate in structured six-month rotations across Leasing, Finance, Mall Management, Marketing, Retail Design and Delivery, and Sustainability
• Embark on a specialized 12-month placement in your chosen track to gain deeper expertise
• Assist with daily operational tasks and collaborate on strategic business projects
• Contribute to problem-solving initiatives and data-driven decision making
• Support internal presentations, reporting, and stakeholder engagement efforts
• Attend development programs, workshops, and industry events to expand your professional network
• Work closely with assigned mentors who will help shape your career trajectory
• Take part in innovative sustainability and digital transformation efforts within the business unit

Candidate Requirements

• Must be a UAE National holding a family book
• Bachelor's degree (or in final year) in one of the following disciplines:

• Business Administration (Finance or Marketing)
• Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical)
• Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Design, or Sustainability
• Previous internships or short-term work experience is a plus
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic business environment
• Fluent in English with excellent presentation and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
