Position Overview
The Legal Administrator supports the Asset Management Legal Department by handling a broad range of legal and administrative activities that ensure smooth daily operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining legal documentation, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external lawyers, and providing structured administrative support to enable the legal team to operate efficiently and in compliance with corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain legal document databases, ensure safe custody of original documents, and manage scanned copies for efficient retrieval.
Review incoming legal documents and contracts, coordinating with lawyers to obtain clarifications or initiate follow-up actions when required.
Handle routine legal procedural tasks under the guidance of lawyers, reducing administrative workload and improving efficiency.
Support the finalization of agreements by highlighting changes, collating enclosures, and preparing required supporting documentation.
Track, monitor, and report on job requests, deadlines, litigation updates, and follow-ups with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel.
Assist lawyers in preparing legal documents, notices, and due diligence questionnaires, ensuring proof of service and accurate record keeping.
Review and verify invoices received from external law firms before processing, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
Organize meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure compliance with Majid Al Futtaim Properties' Code of Conduct, departmental policies, and Human Capital policies.
Ideal Profile
University degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
1 to 3 years of experience in legal administration, preferably within real estate development or shopping mall operations in the GCC.
Strong organizational and documentation management skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholder interactions effectively.
Professional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a corporate legal environment.
