We are looking for a Graduate Operations Academy Specialist (m/f) in Casablanca, Morocco

Our ArrowaEUR(TM)s EMEA Graduate Program is a 12-month journey designed specifically for graduates who completed their education not more than 2 years ago and are seeking to take part in a practical learning curriculum. We provide a platform to work with experienced mentors to accelerate and establish a solid foundation to build and grow your career at Arrow. During the program, selected candidates will learn on-the-job, improve both professional and soft skills, and will be able to meet with and learn from experts across the business. By the end of the program, you will have the ground to further develop a successful career in Arrow.

What you should expect from the role:

Arrow believes that the best way for you to learn is by fully integrating you into the business and giving you accountability for your job-related tasks. Throughout the program, you will also need to complete program assignments to put into practice what you learn and work alongside highly specialized experts.

The EMEA Operations Academy will be supporting ArrowaEUR(TM)s EMEA Operations processes and documentation and expanding the overall strategic plan.

Establish an Arrow Operations Academy with a comprehensive in-house training program and specific curriculums, which is addressing the following aspects:

IT Distribution Business Principles

Understand Arrow as Distributor

IT Basics and Evolution of IT

Commercials Business School (for users who are not familiar with all commercial aspects - e.g. sales order management, purchasing, inventory, Incoterms)

Operations Management

Customer Service

Vendor Processes

Compliance & SOX

Logistics

Hot Topics

Understand and support the development of Operations business

Develop and maintain a broad relationship with Arrow specific countries

Provide coordination, education and awareness to the respective Arrow countries for the process

Create relevant documentation for EMEA Operations

Communicate and promote repository of EMEA Operations data

Requirements:

You must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is located.

You have obtained or will obtain a BacheloraEUR(TM)s or MasteraEUR(TM)s degree in Business Management, Business administration or related education in 2025 or not more than 2 years ago.

Business fluent English (oral & written).

You must be flexible and have geographical mobility.

Creative, outside-the-box thinker who brings something new to the table and is not afraid to share those ideas.
