highly skilled and ambitious Aesthetic Doctor

to join us as a

Medical Director

alongside our current doctor.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as

Medical Director

, working alongside the clinic's leadership team to set clinical standards and growth strategies. Provide and oversee a wide range of

non-surgical aesthetic procedures

including injectables, skin boosters, laser treatments, regenerative therapies (PRP, polynucleotides, exosomes, stem cell-based treatments), and advanced skin rejuvenation. Build and maintain strong

patient relationships

, leveraging your existing network and reputation in Dubai to grow the clinic's client base. Mentor and collaborate with the current medical team to ensure consistency, safety, and the highest quality of care. Contribute to the clinic's

brand positioning

by participating in PR, events, and knowledge-sharing opportunities. Drive innovation by introducing

cutting-edge treatments

and staying ahead of aesthetic trends.

Requirements

Licensed GP with DHA

(Dubai Health Authority) - active and in good standing. Minimum

5 years' experience practicing aesthetics in Dubai

. Proven

patient base in Dubai

with a strong reputation in the industry. Extensive experience in:

Regenerative treatments

(PRP, exosomes, polynucleotides, etc.)

Non-surgical aesthetic procedures

(injectables, fillers, breast enhancement, breast lift, skin tightening, advanced facials)

Laser and energy-based devices

(preferred). Strong leadership skills with the ambition to

scale and grow a clinic

. Excellent communication and patient management skills. Business acumen and willingness to

contribute to strategy and growth

beyond medical duties.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
