JOB SUMMARY

• Process all Employment Visa applications
• Coordinate Food Handler certificates
• Manager the resident permit procedure for all new hires
• Create and maintain a systematic filing system for all government relations matters
• Maintain professional work relationship with the visa section of the owning company
• Ensure timely renewal of all residence visa, OHC and Emirates ID
• Ensure all visa cancellation are completed in a timely manner
• Responsible and coordinate for various licenses required by the hotel such as Hotel liquor license, entertainment\xe2\x80\xa6

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.

OR

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.

• Previous Government Relations Experience within the UAE.

• Previous experience with Trakhees is a strong plus.
