Our client: A well-known organization in the consumer goods industry.

Your Role: The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, experience in government relations, Also to develop and execute strategies to ensure compliance with local and federal regulations. The incumbent will be responsible for establishing and implementing Government Affairs Policies. Additionally, will handle all Government Affairs Department activities and communication with the supervisory Board and ensure complete satisfaction. Handle all communication with senior government officials. Manage all coordination, follow-up on KPIs, onboarding & induction, and HR task for the Government affairs Department. The successful incumbent for this role will be the focal point of communication between the director of government affairs, the team, and the board members of the company. The overall scope of this role will ideally be covering these aspects, Government Affairs & PRO, HR & onboarding, and internal communication tasks.

Must Haves: Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Government Regulatory & Communications and HR in the Public or private sector or related fields. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks in the UAE and the region. Must have excellent communication, media relations, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
