Urgent Hiring Hotel Accountant for United Arab Emirates
DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the hotel including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll Prepare and analyze financial statements, budget forecasts, and cash flow projections Manage the annual budget process and prepare regular financial reports for management Work with department heads to ensure that budgets are properly managed and expenses are kept within budget Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax laws, and regulations Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions Assist in the preparation of financial reports for external stakeholders Participate in the development of business strategies and financial planning Provide financial analysis and guidance to the management team Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hotel industry Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High attention to detail and accuracy Fluency in English; Arabic language skills will be an added advantage
